Due to the perishable nature of our products, STRICTLY NO RETURNS are accepted. Refunds are only applicable if the product is received damaged or defective, and the claim is verified.

Damaged Product Claims

If your package looks damaged when it arrives (torn box, leakage, broken sound inside):

  • Please record an uncut unboxing video before opening it.

To raise a claim, send us an email within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. The unboxing video (uncut, showing the full package and damage clearly)
  2. Photos of the damaged product
  3. Photos of the outer shipping box

Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund as per your preference.
